Our feed back from guests has opened our eyes to what a beautiful place we live. We are rural, yet so close to town. So many of our guests have been wowed by the outlook that we took for granted over farmland and towards the Hokonui Hills .
We purchased the property over 20 years ago when the original 100 year+ house, the homestead for a large farm was sub divided and put up for sale with 3 acres. We rebuilt after a fire destroyed it in 2010. The new house has been purpose built for guest comfort in mind.

The Reservation B&B is situated on the boundary of the town of Gore and is less than 3km from the town centre. This hilltop property is in a rural setting overlooking the town, and has friendly farm animals waiting to be fed. Free Wi-Fi is provided.

Guests can enjoy a complimentary continental or cooked breakfast including eggs, homemade bread, yoghurt and coffee. Also featured is an outdoor bar where your first drink is free. A stretch limousine service is available for your special event, town tour or day trip, at an additional charge.

Every room at The Reservation B&B is fitted with a flat-screen TV and electric blankets. There is a free guest laundry service and free parking is available on-site for large vehicles and trailers. There is also a shuttle service available to local destinations.

The Reservation B&B is within a 5-minute drive to local fishing spots and the Gore Golf Club. It is a 3-minute drive from the Gore Multi Sports Complex.
