We are professional as an hotel, always available for any kind of request and able to meet and converse with all the type of travellers: cleaning and attention on the services are our first point.
We are warm and friendly like a bed and breakfast: you can talk with us and have tips advices on the best sites, our favourite restaurants, the most beautiful walks or the most interesting museums.
This is the nicest thing on us; having few guests each time means that we are like a personal guest house.

Petra and Lignum, our accommodations, are complete studio apartments for the same price you pay a room, a bed to sleep!
I mean: bathroom inside, kitchen, heating you can manage as well, a private entry.
In the historical centre, in front of the church of Santa Maria delle Rose, formerly Roman settlement, few steps from all the spots and from a free parking area.
We also provide a daily basket for breakfast (personalized if you have allergies or intolerances or preferences), wi-fi, cleaning and changing of towels and linen on request.
But we provide also our discrete presence: you'll be the protagonist of your vacation but not alone in a foreign land because you have an host close to you.

I really don't like when I arrive in a place and left the key, the owner hurries to greet me.
